If instructed we will then arrange a suitable appointment to visit the property, collect all data that is required for assessing energy features and we will then return to the office to input the data into the government approved software, to generate an EPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This certificate can be sent to you, your agent or solicitor by email within 48 hours of the assessor visiting the property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
