        One of our assessors or graphic designers will be in touch to give you a quote as soon as possible.

        Once instructed, we’ll arrange a convenient visit to assess the property and, if requested, take measurements for a floor plan. After the visit, our assessor will review the survey information and use approved software to produce and lodge the EPC. Our in-house team will prepare any floor plan ordered.

        We aim to email domestic EPCs and floor plans within two working days of the visit, provided we have all the information needed. Non-domestic EPCs typically take three to five working days, depending on the building’s size and complexity. We’ll confirm the expected turnaround when you book and send the completed documents to you, your agent or your solicitor, as requested.
